All gold products are 9 carat gold unless otherwise specified. You will receive a certificate of authenticity with every diamond product over 0.5 carats.

All watches and sunglasses come with a manufacturer's guarantee.

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase or if the product is in any way faulty, it can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Goods will only be accepted with a return authorisation reference and if the item is still in its original packaging and has not been modified in any way. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your invoice and a reason for the return.
