Orders placed for products which ship from and are sold by eDreams can be collected. This option is available for customers who would rather collect than wait for a delivery. Selecting the collection option is free and you will not be charged a delivery fee. Once we have received your order, payment and confirmed stock availabilities, you will be contacted with a date and time that you can collect.
Please note that we are based in Johannesburg and that all collections are done from these offices.

Marketplace Orders
Products which are ordered from an eDreams Marketplace Merchant cannot be collected from eDreams. Marketplace Merchants are situated all over the country and will ship products directly to you.
